Kynan Brookes

Kynan began at Hope Valley Uniting as the Youth Pastor in 1997.  After then serving as Associate Pastor for several years he was appointed as our Lead Pastor in 2006.  Kynan and his wife Rachel love life.  Besides serving, leading and believing in the local church as the place where hope is discovered and lives are changed, he spends much of his spare time chasing his three young children.

Kynan enjoys the outdoors (surfing, fishing, kayaking, hiking and camping) and is currently reading “It Takes a Team” by Wayne Cordeiro and Kid Wrangling (an ongoing project to bring future relief)

Kynan graduated from Parkin Wesley College in 2007 with a Bachelor of Theology and has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Flinders University.
