David Green

David Green first attended Hope Valley Uniting Church as a child and has many fond memories of his time at Sunday School.

It is therefore fitting that he has now returned to Hope Valley as the Children and Families Pastor. David and his wife Catherine love the “village” feeling, being part of the Hope Valley Uniting Church family.

David passionately believes that children are a highly valued part of God’s family and through the various Children’s program’s at Hope Valley and with the support of a fabulous leadership team, his aim is for children in the community to connect with their friends, good leaders who are role models and most importantly with the Word of God so that they may be open to the purpose that God has for each of their lives.

David is currently completing his Bachelor of Ministry at Tabor College.

He enjoys spending time with his family and watching his 2 young children growing up. He loves camping (and dreaming about camping), bike riding and swimming.
